Solution Description :
ZLYJ gearbox sequence are transmission products, which are specially developed for single-screw extruder with large precision, difficult gear floor, accompany with thrust. Adopting the technological requirements stipulated in JB/T9050.1-1999, all ZLYJ gearboxes are made accordingly.
Main Attributes:
1.The substance of gear is the substantial energy alloy metal, it is manufactured by carburizing, quenching (and other heat therapy), gringding process at last. The gear is in high precison ( six grade ) and large hardness ( reaches HRC54-62). Aside from, it characteristics minimal sound when working.
